SK Parfait started in 2013 as a food blog, capturing all of my food experimentations including dishes from around the world and allergy-friendly substitutions. Collecting cookbooks as souvenirs from each new country I visited instilled a greater passion for international travel and cultural cuisine. In 2017, I set out on a solo venture to live abroad and fully immerse myself into the culture and cuisine of 25 different countries. I have now traveled to 41 different countries and 41 U.S. states and territories.
